Christmas Carol Maker

Click on notes at the right time to write a Christmas carol, listen to a load of elves sing it, then send it to a friend.

The Infinite Cat Project

Someone put a picture of a cat on the net. Next someone put a picture of their cat looking at the picture of the first cat on the net. Soon there were cats looking at cats looking at cats looking at ...

Tontie Version 1

So it turns out the old version of Tontie was Tontie Version 0. The updated version now includes treasure chests, new enemies and a ray gun! It also has more levels, and gets pretty tough to follow what's going on by level 12 or so. I'm still not convinced of what everything does (eg. the frozen heart thing?)

Heli Attack 3

I've never seen Heli Attack 1, but Heli Attack 3 is much like Heli Attack 2. The improvements are an introduction of a level system, some new guns, advanced controls and new types of enemy. There's not really much to it (it's quite short), but it's more fun than biting your leg off.

Tontie

A very strange game, but a strangely addictive game none-the-less. Use the number pad to hit the alien things when they pop up. Collect coins, and use them in the shop (it only occasionally pops up). Each level a new thing is introduced, some of which you're meant to hit, some you aren't, some you have to hit more than once. I can't describe the whole game, try playing it instead.

BMXPark

Feels a bit like a flash version of Tony Hawkes, only on a bike instead of a skateboard. The game plays really well, and you can do all sorts of moves with stupid names by just pressing buttons with the right timing. Don't look at the high score list though - it was quite depressing to see that already today there's 100 people who were at least 10 times better than me.

Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy

Not the original text based adventure (link to come later), but quite good all the same. 42 levels of click on stuff fun, where the first aim each time is to work out what you should be doing in the first place. You get a score at the end of it, but frankly I can't see how you can get anywhere near the scores on the score board.

Puzzle Donkey

What? It's not a Flash game?...
No, in fact this is more of a challenge. There's 100 (I think) levels, and each level is a puzzle. Some are easy, some are near impossible. You have to register to use it, but it doesn't take very long. Also I'd recommend registering for the forum as well - it contains lots of hints for when you get stuck.

Flash Flash Revolution

A brilliant adaption of Dance Dance Revolution ("The dance mat game") for PC. Sadly you have to play using your fingers unless you have a giant keyboard or very small feet. It's really quite addictive, and as long as you don't mind playing with royalty free music, it's almost identical.

The Blue Chamber

The third in the escape-from-the-room game series is a real disapointment. Although it's slightly more logical than the Viridian Room (that's not difficult), it lacks in graphics, depth and also fails to be as interesting as the other two.
In short if you're a big fan of the other two then you might want to try this, otherwise give it a miss.

The Viridian Room

The follow up to the Crimson Room, is the Viridian Room (where do they get these crazy colours?). Surprisingly bad really. Although the game is still very frustrating, the causality seems a little bit warped in places.

Defend Your Castle

Defend your castle by throwing the little men into the air and then watch them splat on your doorstep. You can buy extra features for your castle, and train the men to fire arrows or cast spells. Very cool game, but very addictive.

Hapland 2

The follow up to the sensation of Hapland is called Hapland 2 (genious). Again you're trying to light those torches to start the portal.
This one is extremely tough. And anyone who completes it without looking for help attains the title of Leg End (from me).

MOTAS

Mysteries of Time and Space
Ok, now this is really classy. This game gave escape from the room a whole new meaning for me. For a start it has levels.
Definitely worth playing, although I can almost guarentee you don't have time to finish it in one go.

UPDATE: There is now a level 13, although it's still "To be continued..." How mysterious.

The Crimson Room

An escape from the room game. Easily one of the most well known. It needs some very careful clicking to find everything, and some things you may need to try more than once...

Free the balloon

A three level game, the first of which is to free the balloon (the second of which is disappointingly easy). It's not as good as Hapland, but I found it helped to stem my cravings for a while.

Hapland

For those of you who haven't seen it yet, this is Hapland. It's fairly slickly put together, and frustrating as trying to thread a needle with a very frayed piece of rope.

And so it begins

After a couple of false starts I've realised the only thing I'm good at is links. Hence hopefully the rest of this site will be dedicated to other people's hard work.
CLICK ON THE PICTURES FOR THE LINKS

The css stuff doesn't seem to work properly in Opera, and so probably won't work in Firefox either.
